Service Desk Analyst

As we continue to grow, we seek a talented and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nProvide first-class technical support to our clients, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.\r\nManage and prioritize incoming service requests, incidents, and inquiries through various channels.\r\nDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.\r\nCollaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.\r\nEnsure timely and accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.\r\nProactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the service desk.\r\nQualifications and Skills:\r\n\r\nProven experience in a Service Desk or IT support role, preferably within a Managed IT Service Provider environment.\r\nStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking concepts.\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.\r\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.\r\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and best practices is advantageous.\r\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus.\r\nEducation:\r\n\r\nA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.\r\nBenefits:\r\n\r\nCompetitive salary of £23,000 per annum.\r\nOpportunities for professional development and certifications.\r\nExposure to a wide range of technologies and industries.\r\nHealth and dental insurance.\r\nPension plan.\r\nCollaborative and supportive work culture.\r\nHow to Apply:\r\n\r\nWe would love to hear from you if you are passionate about providing exceptional IT support and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
